Our Program
Thai Cottage Home Cookery School
A small cookery school dedicated to ensuring visitors to beautiful Chiang Mai have a truly amazing experience learning about Thai traditional food, and the Thai food culture. Welcome all visitors at every level, whether a cooking novice or those who seek to build on existing abilities. With highly experienced and patient teachers hope to pass on their skills and passion for Thai cuisine.
Tour
Cost : THB 800 per person
Courses are given in traditional Thai family style. Cooking is done in a clean open air kitchen. Everyone has their own cooking station and wok. Class size is limited to 10 persons in order to maximize individual attention. Entire course can be vegetarian. Dishes can be spicy/non-spicy to suit your taste. All of the courses can be run in one day
All courses include:
- Visit a local market
- Guided tour of an organic kitchen garden
- Experienced English speaking Thai teacher
- Cooking rice & sticky rice
- Ingredients for cooking and drinks
- Recipe book and certificate
- Eat the food that you have cooked
- Free transportation from and to your accommodation

Moring 09.00 am – 13.00 pm
Afternoon 13.00 pm – 17.00 pm
Dinner 17.00 pm – 21.00 pm
